We want you to be completely happy with your purchase made in store, but if for any reason it’s not quite right please keep your receipt for any piece you buy. It will ensure we can help you if you need to bring something back. If you need to return an item we will be happy to exchange it for another item, or we can replace it with a credit note / gift voucher which may be used at any time in the future.
We do not offer refunds on items bought in store.
The item must be returned in its original unworn condition within 28 days of purchase with a valid receipt. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any commissioned orders or items not from stock.
