Postage

There is a small charge of £5 on all jewellery orders. We package all our jewellery in boxes and send everything with Royal Mail via their Tracked 24 service. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days after the order is placed. Once your order is on it's way to you we'll send you a confirmation with the tracking number.

Once the goods have passed to Royal Mail, we cannot be responsible for delays in delivery.​​

Gift vouchers will be posted via Royal Mail and there is a £3.40 postage cost (Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in store)
