Karen Howarth - Necklace

A contemporary handmade ceramic pendant made from black porcelain casting slip layered with a white decorating slip and a ceramic decal. The beautifully smooth porcelain clay is about 3mm thick and each item of jewellery is finished to a very high standard requiring three firings in the kiln to create the unique surface quality.

Finished with a silver bail on a silver chain
