Delivery
How we send our orders -
Orders under £50 will be sent via first class post.
Orders between £50 - £100 will be sent via first class signed for post.
Orders over £100 will be sent via Special delivery.
Returns for online orders only
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if for any reason it’s not quite right you may return your item to us within 14 days for a refund. Alternatively you may exchange your item within 28 days. Items must be returned unworn in their original condition and packaging. It is your responsibility to return the item safely, we recommend using a tracked service which is insured for the value of the goods. Any refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.
We are unable to refund or exchange any special commissions.
To arrange a return, or if the item you received is faulty or not what you originally ordered please email us at shop@frannyandfiler.com quoting your name and address, details of the product, the reason for your return and whether you’d like a replacement, exchange or refund.
